You need:

- coffee beans
- cream
- kahlua

Preparation:
- Grind your beans to pull the prefect shot
- Pull a double shot of espresso (2 oz)

- Pour your shots over ice to cool it down (you want your drink to be ready quickly and not let the shots get old)
- Pour the shots (not the ice cubes) in a champagne flute
- Add 1 shot of Kahlua
- Add ½ shot of cream
- Stir
- Top off with big ice cubes so your drink stays cold but doesn’t get diluted too quickly.
