Designer Katy Beveridge has created a series of animation that are somewhat similar to the old chinese zoetrope or the more recent phenakistoscope from the 1800s. It is a group of images on a kind of disk. By spinning that disk at the right speed, you can see an animation magically appear.
The most interesting part is that these captivating animations are created from simple paper cutouts and applied on a bicycle wheel.
