The Biluna from Italian design lighting firm Prandina is a simple open globe that neatly hides the lighting element, leaving the impression that the inside of the sphere is empty. The fixture comes with a painted metal or black polypropylene outer shell.
Prandina offers two variation of the lamp: one is suspended for downward lighting while the other is to be set on the floor on a transparent support for direct lighting. Both are available with dimmable lighting options.
If you can afford its high price tag, this elegant lamp will nicely complement most interior styles.
